Problems we are solving for retail investors

Meet our Founder
Mihail Cecan founded Private Investor Alliance to bring clarity and trust to the world of online investing. With a background in investment banking, M&A advisory, and a lifelong passion for financial education, he saw firsthand how complex and confusing broker platforms can be.
Drawing on years of experience—from founding university investment clubs to founding an independent consulting firm, advising on deals worth more than €700 million—he built PIA to help investors make smarter, safer decisions through scientific, independent research.
